Instruction to Authors

Instruction to Authors

Before manuscript submission, please read the Author Guidelines carefully; doing so will ensure that the publication of your manuscript is as rapid and efficient as possible.

Manuscript Submission

All manuscripts should be submitted by the Online Manuscript Submission System. Manuscripts must be written in English and prepared in MS Word 2003 or above.

Papers accepted for publication vary from 5 to 20 pages in two-column format. The main text should be divided into the following sections: Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion.

Submission Guidelines

  • All submissions should be sent electronically to editor@ijahs.in.
  • Accepted papers will be published online immediately after review and acceptance.
  • Special issue papers will follow specific time-bound announcements.

Plagiarism Check

We use Turnitin/iThenticate for plagiarism checks. Similarity should not exceed 20%, including references. Excluding references, it should be less than 5%.

Quality Check

Submitted papers must be original, result-oriented, and relevant to the journal’s scope. The required sections are:

  • Abstract
  • Keywords
  • Introduction
  • Methodology
  • Results and Discussion
  • Conclusion
  • References

Review Criteria

We follow a double-blind peer review process. Each manuscript is reviewed by three reviewers, and the final decision is made by the Editor-in-Chief. The review process takes 2 to 3 weeks.

Copyright

The corresponding author must submit copyright to the journal. Once published, the paper becomes the property of the publishing house and journal.

Publication Fee

The journal provides open-access services and does not charge any fees from authors, readers, or institutions.

Article Processing Charge (APC):

The Article Processing Charge (APC) of the article is taken after acceptance of the article.

Manuscript Submission

Submission of a manuscript implies: that the work described has not been published before; that it is not under consideration for publication anywhere else; that its publication has been approved by all co-authors, if any, as well as by the responsible authorities – tacitly or explicitly – at the institute where the work has been carried out. The publisher will not be held legally responsible should there be any claims for compensation.

Permissions Authors wishing to include figures, tables, or text passages that have already been published elsewhere are required to obtain permission from the copyright owner(s) for both the print and online format and to include evidence that such permission has been granted when submitting their papers. Any material received without such evidence will be assumed to originate from the authors.

Paper Title

The title should be brief, specific, and informative, with no more than 20 words.

Author Details

  • Full names of all authors should be provided.
  • Names of multiple authors should be separated by commas.
  • Provide the full affiliation for each author, including academic affiliation (or postal address), city, postcode, country.
  • Email (optional) for authors; however, the corresponding author must provide an email address.
  • If multiple authors contributed to the article, details of the corresponding author should be clearly mentioned.
